Psoriasis: calcitriol verdwijnt als monotherapie

Ditranol vervallen uit de herziene NHG-Standaard

Het stappenplan van de behandeling van psoriasis is aanzienlijk gewijzigd in de herziene NHG-Standaard, vindt apotheker Ingrid Heijboer-Vinks. Zo adviseert de standaard voortaan om calcitriol en calcipotriol altijd te combineren met een lokaal corticosteroïde en is ditranol vervallen in de eerste lijn.
