De gonadoreline-antagonist relugolix (Orgovyx) is sinds kort ook als monopreparaat beschikbaar. Het middel is al op de markt in combinatie met estradiol en norethisteron (Ryeqo). Dit combinatiepreparaat wordt toegepast bij vrouwen met vleesbomen (uterusmyomen).
